Every message submitted to us through this site gets read by a real person. Usually me or a very knowledgeable assistant and capable of handling your questions or concerns. The helpdesk is staffed from 10am-5pm Central. Our response time to new messages is 24 hours though we usually respond within 4 hours. We answer all messages in the order they are received.

- Give as much of the requested information as you can
- Make sure you provide your correct email address, we’ll use that to reply to your messages
- Be sure to not submit duplicate messages, all submissions are answered in the order received
- If you’d like to speak with Beryl via phone make sure you include your phone number and time zone
- Be sure to select the appropriate “Help Topic” when submitting your message, this helps me respond quicker
